Each tag comes complete with its own split ring for secure collar attachment.

Delivery
Once your order is placed you will receive an email informing you when your order is being processed and another when we have dispatched it to you.
Please note the below delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delivery Charges are as follows:
FREE DELIVERY on all U.K orders over £20.00
- Royal Mail 48 - £2.99 - (2-4 business days after dispatch)
- Royal Mail 24 - £4.99 - (1-3 business days after dispatch)
- Royal Mail Express Next Day Delivery - £8.95 (Order before 2pm Monday - Friday)
International Delivery - Unfortunately we are unable to ship internationally at present. Please check back in the near future as this is something we are looking to offer.
Refunds and Returns
If there is a manufacturing or quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund. Understandably, personalised items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. Returns and refund requests will not be accepted if an item has been engraved to your supplied information which is supplied to us with error(s).
